I enjoyed watching the sushi being made at the counter, and the service was fast and friendly. The fish was so fresh and soft and felt like it was melting in my mouth like heavenly bliss. The flavor of the miso soup and nigiri was perfection. The portion sizes of each piece of nigiri was generous, and the mackerel (which I usually find too fishy) was not too fishy at all! Brought our son here for dinner, outstanding sushi. They even were able to make requested changes, which I greatly appreciated. The fish was incredibly tasty and well-prepared, the ingredients used were clearly higher-quality. Pictured is the remnants of the Lion King roll, Mariners roll, and the Salmon Lovers' roll. The wasabi was wonderfully fresh, very potent and soft. The wait service was excellent, as well. Very kind and receptive to our needs. I think I'd call this one of, if not the best sushi places available in the Lynnwood area. Definitely added to favorite places, and we plan on coming back! Vegetarian options: A couple of rolls that were vegetarian, and shoyu ramen available which is made with soy broth, so good for vegetarian options. Dine in | Dinner | $20–30 Edo Sushj & Sake is my Favorite Sushi Restaurant in Lynwood. The Environment is Nice and Staff is Friendly. I ordered the Edo Rainbow Premium Roll. It is very High Quality & Flavorful. I highly recommend this place to all & Families. Thank you and God Bless!
